Cat leads the UK affiliate team working with clients across the spectrum of verticals. Cat drives the team to offer true global partnership and local market insight, strategy and planning.
Lee has worked in marketing for 19+ years, during which time he has worked on a wide range of clients including finance, retail, FMCG, travel, fashion, consumer electronics, B2B and more. He joined Neo in 2009 and is part of the leadership team.
Ross is responsible for driving UK commercial performance. Leads corporate and trading partnerships, contractual negotiations and compliance. Oversees financial governance, system and process efficiencies to ensure we maximise client ROI and provide full operational transparency.
Heather runs the finance operations at Neo, business partnering with client leads to drive profitability and revenue growth. She is responsible for financial operational control and compliance, ensuring the provision of meaningful and accurate financial information.
Ali has extensive experience working on cross channel marketing campaigns for major brands such as HSBC, Nestle, Intel, Allianz, NetJets and Dixons. He is an all-rounder with a specialisation in Search.
Through her role as a Business Partner Vanessa collaborates with clients to define media strategies and operating models for digital and offline media channels. She a particular focus on tech B2B clients and performance media.
As UK Managing Partner, Matt defines and implements Neo’s strategy. He leads new business and marketing as well the Data & Analytics, Programmatic, Partnerships and Paid Social teams.
