Neo@Ogilvy was founded in 2006 to provide innovative, accountable digital media solutions across a global footprint. We’re passionate about building brands, driving business results ad keeping our clients informed with the latest marketplace foresight from the confluence of media data and technology

Our team consists of more than 1000 employees across 40 worldwide offices working to put innovation and accountability at the heart of every engagement. Ross is responsible for driving UK commercial performance. Leads corporate and trading partnerships, contractual negotiations and compliance. Oversees financial governance, system and process efficiencies to ensure we maximise client ROI and provide full operational transparency.

Heather runs the finance operations at Neo, business partnering with client leads to drive profitability and revenue growth. She is responsible for financial operational control and compliance, ensuring the provision of meaningful and accurate financial information.

Ali has extensive experience working on cross channel marketing campaigns for major brands such as HSBC, Nestle, Intel, Allianz, NetJets and Dixons. He is an all-rounder with a specialisation in Search.
