Finding the best new talent is hugely important to us. We partner with the IPA and Step to bring in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) penultimate and final year undergraduates on paid internships. We are proud to recently have started working with Digital Futures and are working towards a 2017 apprenticeship intake.
